legally registered and the property owner has the right to
sale. We also check to make sure there are no liens against

with all zoning and other legal requirements of Costa Rica real

did you know that there is a way of transferring properties without
paying any closing costs. We can show you how to do
this. Did you also know that you can declare your own
property value for tax purposes. This is called "valor
fiscal". It is common to pay less than $100 in property
taxes in Costa Rica. Another item, we can show you how to
limit not only your taxes but also your personal liability by placing
your property in a corporation or "sociedad anónima".
